Empire Training Center for the Arts trains a new generation of live entertainment professionals in technical and arts administration jobs that do not require a college degree. Our workforce program is designed for adults to build meaningful careers in live entertainment and events through our comprehensive approach and curriculum: skills-based and experiential training, values-driven learning, industry relationship building, mental health habits, cultural experiences and employment placement.
